With the colder weather, I’ve been craving soup lately. So I made one of my favorites, a recipe I got from my Mom (who makes the best soups!). It’s healthy, filling, and super easy to make. It made a perfect post-ride lunch today!
It’s been a beautiful fall weekend in Boston! Yesterday, my Sister, my Mom, and I headed out to the Middlesex Fells for a hike. So I promised a half marathon race report, but I am hijacking this post to share my thoughts about the NYC Marathon that will be run on Sunday. I know a lot of people are writing about this, and I wanted to share my opinion.
